Project Architect

• 建筑学学士或以上学位（5年建筑学教育）

• 3年及以上的建筑实践经验

• 兼具较强的设计能力和技术知识，以及对建筑细节的敏感度

• 具有优秀的职业素养和责任心，具有独立工作能力以及团队合作精神

• 具有团队管理能力及经验，对工作进度有计划性，保持工作高效有序地进行

• 中英文俱佳优先考虑

• 参与过实际工程项目全过程者优先考虑

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture (5 years program) .

• Minimum 3 years experiences in architecture.

• Strong design sensibility, technical skill, and has rigorous approach to detail.

• Excellent work ethics and responsible ability to work independently and collaborate with team.

• Strong team management skill and experience in time, schedule, quality and efficiency.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.

• Construction experience and a complete project involvement in all phases preferred.
助理建筑师（有才就投）
Assistant Architect

• 建筑学学士或以上学位（5年建筑学教育）

• 0-1年及以上的建筑实践经验

• 具有优秀的设计能力，学习的主动性及团队合作精神

• 熟练运用相关软件

• 具有良好的职业态度，可配合高效的工作节奏

• 中英文俱佳者优先考虑

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture (5 years program)

• Minimum 0- 1 years experience in architecture.

• Excellent design talent, highly self-motivated and able to collaborate in team environment.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.

• Excellent working ethics and be able to keep up with the fast working pace.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
实习生（长期有效）
Intern（Long term vacancy）

• 建筑学专业，实习期不少于3个月

• 有良好的设计能力和研究能力

• 熟练运用相关软件，并拥有较强的手工模型能力

• 中英文俱佳者优先考虑

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, minimum 3 months of internship.

• Excellent design talent and research capability,

• Proficiency in AutoCAD,3D modeling software, and great techniques in physical modeling.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
